Women of the Church
The Women of the Church ministry provides opportunities for fellowship, service, and spiritual encouragement among the women of Hallsville Presbyterian Church. Through gatherings, service projects, and support of church ministries, the women of the congregation work together to strengthen the church community and share God’s love with others. This ministry encourages women to grow in faith, support one another, and participate in meaningful acts of service both within the church and in the wider community.
Our Mission: Standing Together in Faith
In the wild, female elephants are known as fierce protectors. When one of their own is hurting, they gather around her, standing close, shielding her, and lifting her until she is strong again. That kind of love is not just found in nature; it’s what we are called to be for one another.
The Women of the Church exist to create a community where no woman walks alone. We gather in faith, support one another in life’s challenges, celebrate each other’s joys, and grow together in Christ.
Sometimes we are the ones in need of strength.
Sometimes we are the ones offering it.
But through every season, the circle remains.
Through fellowship, service, and spiritual encouragement, we strive to reflect God’s love, standing together, lifting one another, and walking side by side faithfully.

Responsibilities
The Women of the Church help support the ministry of the congregation through fellowship, mission support, and encouragement of spiritual growth. Members often participate in projects that support the needs of the church and the community while also fostering strong relationships among the women of the congregation.
